1)
What is your exchange / refund policy?
We
will happily exchange an item or offer a refund if you are not
100% satisfied. This applies to all stock items such as shoes,
jewellery, accessories, some underwear. We cannot exchange items
which are special orders such as wedding dresses, wedding veils,
and wedding tiaras, or wedding shoes which have been dyed. These
involve a large choice of options and are therefore custom made
to your liking. We are threfore not in a position to sell this
on. For hygene reasons we cannot exchange certain underwear
and earrings for pierced ears. If goods are faulty or sent in
error they will of course be exchanged.
We
want you to be perfectly happy with your order, if you are unhappy
with your custom made item please get in touch and we will try
to alter or modify it for you.
2)
How do I return an item?
You
must inform us by telephone or email within 2 days of receipt
if you are not happy with the item, and return it to us within
7days. The cost of returning an item lies with you unless the
item is fauty or sent in error.
Send all returns to:

We will not exchange an item for any reason after this time
has elapsed.
3)
Can you do rush orders?
We do offer a rush order service. This must be done by telephone
to dicuss your requirements and to agree whether your timescales
are achievable. This service does incurr a small surcharge of
£10 for shoes and veils. This is to allow for special
delivery etc.
We ask that you are reasonable when inputting your required
by date on your orders, so that we can prioritise everyones
requirements. The minimum time allowable on internet orders
is 3 weeks. The date you input should be a realistic one. We
do not guarantee any delivery dates, or required by dates. These
are purely as guidance.
If you are worried about getting your order in time then please
use the rush order service. Your order will then be given priority.
4) Are your wedding shoes wide
fitting?
We buy all of our wedding ang First Holy Communion shoes from
Rainbow Club and Gabriella & Lucido. In our experience the
shoes are an average fit. We advise that you order your usual
size or half a size bigger. You will probably be stood up for
a large part of the day and your feet may swell with the heat.
Having a shoe slightly bigger than usual will accomodate this.
If in doubt when you first try on your wedding shoes, try inserting
a half-insole under the ball of your foot. This will push the
foot further back in the shoe and will give you added comfort.
5) Can I send back my shoes for
dying?
Brides often want to ensure a good fit before dying their shoes,
or may want to dye their shoes after the wedding. This will
incurr more P&P charges than ordering to be dyed at the
initial ordering stage. The cost is £20 per pair plus
£5.00 P&P to resend them out to you. If you wish to
do this please telephone first and we will arrange with Rainbow
to have your shoes dyed. You will need to send your shoes to
Rainbow Clud Ltd

6)
How do you transport a wedding dress on an airplane without
it getting wrinkled?
You
will have to enquire with the airline. Some allow dress bags
in the main body of the plane and the staff will let you hang
it at the back of the plane. Others insist that it goes in the
hold. If this is the case, then pack it carefully into it's
own suitcase, interlayered with lots of acid free tissue paper.
It still may need some attention at the other end. Hanging your
gown in a humid environment helps. Enquire as to whether you
have a pressing service where you are going.
Hope this helps
